Ride with Us!Pedicabbing is an exciting, challenging, and truly unique way to earn an income. Austin Bicycle Cabs are trailer-style pedicabs. We provide and service the cabs, riders provide their own bikes. Cabs are leased on a nightly-basis for a set rate. Average shifts are 5-7 hours and average take-home income per weekend shift is $100-$200. ($20-$40/hr!) Special events and football games provide considerably more income potential. Potential pedicabbers must be confident bike riders without any outstanding traffic violations or criminal offenses. Candidates for the job must obtain a 10-yr driving record and a criminal history check from the DPS building on Denson St. (near the Highland Mall). Applicants will then take all three documents to the Austin Ground Transportation Department located at 1111 Rio Grande St., where they will take a short test and recieve their Austin Chauffeur\'s License.
